which may include:Corporate and shareholder disputesDirector-related disputesInsolvency and restructuring disputesRecovery and enforcement proceedingsUrgent and interlocutory applicationsCourt proceedings, mediations and negotiated settlementsYou will be involved across the lifecycle of matters, including preparing pleadings and evidence, drafting submissions and correspondence, briefing counsel, managing discovery, liaising with clients and contributing to litigation strategy.About YouYou will ideally have:Approximately 1-3 years' PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolutionExperience working on commercial litigation matters in private practiceStrong drafting, research and analytical skillsExperience with pleadings, evidence and court processesThe ability to manage matters and competing deadlines with appropriate supervisionStrong communication and client-facing skills
