We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Recruitment Specialist to join a high-performing project team on an 8-month contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and optimising the SuccessFactors Recruiting Modules and Talent Acquisition environment, ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, scalable and aligned with business requirements.
Working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and technology stakeholders, you will play a key role in system administration, process improvement, troubleshooting and user support.Key responsibilities include:Managing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting functionalityProviding technical and functional support to stakeholdersDriving process improvements across recruitment workflowsSupporting testing, system enhancements and configuration activitiesCreating documentation and training materialsInvestigating and resolving system issuesSupporting ongoing HR technology projects and initiativesTo be successful in this role,



you will bring previous experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and have a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes.You will ideally have:Experience administering or supporting SAP SuccessFactors RecruitingExposure to HRIS, Talent Acquisition or HR technology environmentsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience supporting system implementations, upgrades or enhancementsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesThe ability to work effectively in a project-driven environmentOur client is a a leading organisation currently undertaking significant investment in its people, technology and HR systems landscape.
