We're partnering with a highly regarded investment and wealth management organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing technology team.With a significant portfolio of projects already underway and a strong pipeline of future initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse mix of infrastructure, application, compliance, cyber security, CRM, AI, data and business transformation projects.
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering projects end-to-end while helping support an evolving PMO environment.About the RoleThis is not a role for someone looking to deliver the same project repeatedly.
Instead, you'll work across a broad range of initiatives, partnering with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to drive outcomes in a lean, rapid-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, quickly learning new subject matter and taking ownership of delivery outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Managing multiple concurrent technology and business projects from initiation through to implementation and go-liveDeveloping and maintaining project plans, timelines, resource plans and delivery milestonesManaging project governance,



RAID registers and delivery reportingCoordinating vendors, implementation partners and internal stakeholdersIdentifying risks, issues and dependencies while driving mitigation strategiesSupporting project scoping, prioritisation and business engagement activitiesFacilitating workshops, project meetings and stakeholder communicationsSupporting UAT, business readiness and go-live planning activitiesManaging project delivery across Agile and Waterfall environmentsAbout YouYou'll be a proactive and adaptable Project Manager who enjoys variety and thrives when faced with new challenges.
