Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a Site Engineer - Roads to provide field engineering support for roadworks delivered under staged traffic and access arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare work packs for earthworks, drainage, pavement, kerb, barrier, signage, lighting and line markingConfirm traffic stages, permits, service clearances,



survey, materials and inspection pointsCoordinate pavement testing, levels, layer thickness, compaction and hold-point releaseMeasure quantities and productivity and maintain diaries, records and red-linesSupport stage-change inspections, reinstatement and defect close-out
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering2-5 years' site engineering in roads, pavements, drainage or traffic-staged civil worksCurrent construction induction card and valid driver's licenceAbility to obtain project-specific rail, site and medical competenciesContractor-side experience with work packs, RFIs, ITPs, subcontractor coordination and progress measurement
Relocation packages on offer.
Australian experience is required.
