Accounts Receivable Officer | 12-Month Contract
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a busy finance team on a 12-month contract commencing in early December.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a energetic, fast-paced environment and takes pride in resolving complex reconciliations and account queries.
You'll play a key role in managing customer accounts across multiple sales channels while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure outstanding account accuracy and service.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complex account reconciliations across B2C and D2C channelsDaily bank reconciliations and transaction matchingManage payment allocations and resolve account discrepanciesEnd-to-end collections and debtor managementInvestigate and resolve customer account issuesMaintain accurate customer account recordsWork closely with internal teams to support business operationsIdentify process improvements and efficiencies where appropriate
About You
3+ years' experience in an Accounts Receivable positionStrong reconciliation experience within a high-volume environmentPrevious FMCG,



retail or consumer products experience is essentialExperience managing collections and customer accountsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilityAble to work independently and take ownership of outcomesPositive, energetic and proactive approach
