You will gain exposure to high-profile workplace disputes, regulatory investigations and significant safety incidents, while working alongside experienced practitioners in a collaborative team that offers genuine opportunities for career progression.The RoleYou will advise on a broad range of employment, industrial relations and workplace safety matters, including:Work health and safety investigations, prosecutions and regulatory proceedingsWorkplace incidents, coronial inquests and regulator investigationsEmployment disputes, unfair dismissal and general protections claimsEnterprise bargaining and industrial relations mattersWorkplace investigations, disciplinary processes and employee grievancesPsychosocial risks, organisational change and workplace complianceEmployment advice involving senior executives and major Australian businessesYou will work closely with experienced practitioners on complex and high-profile matters,



with opportunities to develop specialist expertise, manage client relationships and take greater ownership of matters.About YouYou will have:3+ years' post-admission experience in employment law, industrial relations or work health and safetyExperience in workplace litigation, regulatory investigations or employment advisory workA strong interest in developing your expertise in WHS and employment relationsExcellent analytical, drafting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesThe ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across a teamA commercially minded, proactive approach and a genuine commitment to client serviceApplications are welcome from lawyers looking to take the next step in their career, as well as Senior Associates seeking greater responsibility and opportunities to mentor junior lawyers.Why Apply?
