We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Assistant General Manager to help lead our Processing Centre operations and inspire high-performing teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, driving operational excellence, and making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced supply chain workplace.
This position will initially support night shift operations, with future opportunities to gain exposure across afternoon & morning shift operations as business needs evolve.
This role will be based onsite at TJX Australia Processing Centre Marsden Park.
