You will be responsible for coordinating water and wastewater servicing requirements across a diverse portfolio of projects, working closely with Sydney Water, developers, civil engineers, project managers and other consultants to achieve efficient and cost-effective servicing outcomes.DUTIES.Coordinate water and wastewater servicing requirements for residential subdivisions, townhouse developments, apartment projects and commercial developmentsManage Sydney Water servicing processes, including feasibility assessments, Section 73 applications and relevant authority approvalsLiaise with Sydney Water, developers, councils,



civil engineers, project managers and external consultants to progress projects efficientlyCoordinate servicing strategies, infrastructure requirements, technical documentation and authority submissionsReview development proposals to identify water and wastewater servicing constraints, infrastructure requirements and potential project risksWork collaboratively with civil design teams to integrate water servicing requirements into broader subdivision and development designsBuild and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, utility authorities and industry partnersProvide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, supporting quality and consistency across project deliverySKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience in water servicing coordination within a civil engineering consultancy or property development environmentStrong working knowledge of Sydney Water requirements, servicing processes and authority approval pathwaysExperience coordinating Section 73 applications, feasibility assessments and water and wastewater servicing strategiesExposure to residential subdivisions, greenfield developments,
