As our Insurance Compliance Team Lead, you will guide a small, capable team and play a central role in how RACQ Insurance strengthens its compliance framework while integrating with IAG.
This secondment offers the chance to step into complex work, build experience in a large-scale transformation and make a real difference to how our business protects members every day.

What You'll DoLead and coach a team of Compliance Advisors to deliver high-quality compliance activitiesProvide first line compliance advice and help business leaders understand obligations and risksCoordinate RACQ's regulatory responses to APRA, ASIC and CGC and ensure accuracy and timelinessMonitor regulatory changes and work with the business to assess impacts and recommend actionsOversee compliance plans, root cause analysis and assurance checks to strengthen our control environmentSupport the integration of IAG policies, processes and systems across key compliance activitiesUse insights and data to identify opportunities for improvement and uplift compliance capabilityWhat You'll BringExperience in compliance, risk, audit or governance roles within financial services or insuranceConfidence providing practical,
