This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' financial futures whilst contributing to the success and reputation of Lead Financial Pty Ltd.Key responsibilitiesConducting comprehensive financial assessments and needs analysis for clients to understand their current financial position and future objectivesDeveloping personalised financial plans that address retirement planning, investment strategies, tax planning, insurance needs and estate planningProviding ongoing advice and recommendations to clients on investment options, superannuation strategies and wealth management solutionsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships through regular reviews, meetings and communicationIdentifying opportunities to expand client portfolios and increase business growth through referrals and client retentionEnsuring compliance with all relevant financial services regulations, legislation and internal policiesPreparing detailed financial documentation and reports to support recommendations and client engagementStaying current with market developments, industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial planning practiceWhat we're looking forA relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experienceCurrent or ability to obtain Financial Adviser Licence endorsementsMinimum of 5 years' experience as a Financial Planner or in a similar financial advisory roleStrong knowledge of financial products, investment markets, superannuation,
