It's ideal for a commercially minded accountant who enjoys advisory work, mentoring others, and wants long-term career progression in a modern, values-driven environment.For the right person, this role offers clear scope to grow into a senior leadership or second-in-charge position over time.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and review a portfolio of business and individual clientsProcessing of annual compliance work such as financial statements and income tax returns.Reviewing other accounting team annual compliance work.Deliver high-quality compliance services with a strong advisory focusProvide value-added advice including tax planning, CGT, structuring and business insightsAct as a key point of contact for clients and build long-term relationshipsReview financial statements, income tax returns and team output to a high standardResponsible for all aspects of your client portfolio, including the scheduling of work and client contact.Delegate and manage workflow to ensure productivity and deadlines are metCoach, mentor and support accountants at varying levelsContribute to workflow management, process improvement and internal projectsChampion technology,
