improve and communicate the Project Completion Deliverables TrackerMaintain and communicate unique completion trackers for each relevant Working Group related to CompletionsParticipate in relevant Working Groups relating to Completion ItemsWork closely with appointed discipline leads and understand workflows to identify any possible gaps and align program and touchpoints to avoid any program riskRaise any potential identified risk that has potential to delay program, miss milestones or prevent us from achieving certificatesManage and maintain a deliverables matrix that satisfies the Project Deed requirements and includes the requirements for key stakeholder Third PartiesBuild strong and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders both internal and externalManage and assist in achieving key milestones are achievedMonitor Completion performance and lead the identification and implementation of opportunities to improve the system, processes and toolsMonitor the progressive verification and closure of construction compliance records (work lots) and submissionAssist with the implementation of the final inspection process, defect identification, rectification, and status reportingCriteria :Tertiary qualification in Engineering or similarA minimum of two years' experience preferably working on infrastructure projectsAbility to adhere to deadlines and targets, prioritizing tasks under pressureExcellent communicator and able to engage with a variety of stakeholdersWorking with Clough provides you with access to challenging projects and career opportunities, along with access to professional development through our various internal and external training programs.
