Victorian Legal Aid (VLA) is seeking a senior leader to head a team of non-legal advocates delivering high-quality advocacy to people at risk or subject to compulsory treatment orders.
The role is based at the Broadmeadows office on Wurundjeri Country, with a versatile hybrid work arrangement.You will supervise and mentor IMHA advocates, manage workload, and ensure wellbeing through debriefing practices while empowering consumers to exercise their rights in the mental health system.
