Make an Impact.Join Krio Krush and take ownership of quality, food safety and continuous improvement across a growing Australian food manufacturing business.We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Quality Assurance Manager who thrives on maintaining the highest standards, leading audits with confidence, and building a solid food safety culture from the factory floor to leadership level.If you're passionate about quality excellence and enjoy driving meaningful improvements that protect customers, products and brands, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleReporting directly to the Site Operations Manager, you'll lead our Quality Management Systems and ensure ongoing compliance with FSSC *****, HACCP, ISO ****, Halal and regulatory requirements.This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll influence quality outcomes across the business while managing audits, improving systems, developing people and supporting operational excellence.What You'll Be DoingLead and continuously improve quality management systems, policies and proceduresDrive compliance across GMP, HACCP, FSSC, ISO and food safety standardsManage internal audits, inspections and external certification auditsInvestigate customer complaints, quality issues and non-conformancesConduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actionsCoordinate allergen, microbiological and environmental testing programsMonitor quality performance,



identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiativesLead food safety and quality training across the siteCoach and support production teams to embed quality best practiceMaintain quality documentation, training records and compliance reportingPartner with customers, suppliers and auditors to ensure ongoing compliance and quality excellenceWhat You'll BringWe're looking for a quality professional who combines technical expertise with strong leadership capability.Proven experience in a Quality Assurance, Food Safety or Quality Systems leadership role within food manufacturingStrong knowledge of FSSC *****, HACCP, ISO ****:****, GMP and food manufacturing compliance requirementsExperience leading internal and external auditsExcellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skillsStrong documentation, reporting and quality system management experienceExperience managing supplier quality programs and customer requirementsThe ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsA proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvementWhy Join Krio Krush?
