Backed by more than 30 years of industry experience, the business prides itself on quality workmanship, safe work practices and outstanding customer service.About the RoleThis is a full-time Service Technician role based in Capalaba, Brisbane (QLD).
You'll work alongside the team carrying out maintenance, servicing and repairs across a variety of HVAC systems.Some of your responsibilities will include:Maintain, service and repair HVAC equipment, including ducted, split, package, VRV/VRF systems and chilled water FCUsDiagnose and repair faults,



and carry out preventative maintenanceDeliver quality customer service during site visits and service callsComplete accurate service records, including parts, labour and recommended workFollow safety protocols and PPE requirements, including the correct handling of refrigerants and hazardous materialsAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Minimum 1 year of experience as an air conditioning Service TechnicianKnowledge of HVAC systems and components across electrical, mechanical and refrigeration disciplinesAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, documentation and schematics, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skills and a customer-focused approachTrade qualified, with the ability to travel to client sites around BrisbaneWhat's in it for You?
