Prior cardiac nurse experience and expertise is required.Key responsibilitiesPerform clinical duties according to the best available evidenceECG recordingInterview patients to obtain previous medical and medication historyMaintain clinical documentationExplain procedures to patients, including triage dutiesTelephone patients as directed by doctorsMaintain stocks of clinical supplies, removal of out-of-date stock and ordering suppliesAct within the practice and nursing code of ethics and appropriate level of clinical competence at all timesAbout youPrior cardiac nurse experience and expertise requiredStrong attention to detail, a rapid learner, proactiveStrong organisational and time management skillsPerforms well in a busy environment with demonstrated ability to juggle a variety of tasksPositive can do attitude and highly personable with ability to build and maintain rapportTeam player but also able to work autonomouslySound understanding of IT and computer skillsUnderstanding of Microsoft software, Medical Director and FYDO would be an advantageEffective communication with medical professionals and staff
