and infrastructure upgradesTroubleshoot physical and connectivity issues, escalating when necessaryFollow client MOPs, SOPs, safety procedures, and change-management requirementsMaintain accurate ticket records, asset information, photos, and service documentationCoordinate with project managers, remote engineers, vendors, and client teamsRequirementsRelevant experience in data center operations, server infrastructure, networking, or field engineeringHands-on technical experience appropriate to the assigned tierAbility to work independently onsite with minimal supervisionStrong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to accept occasional evening, night, weekend, or short-notice assignmentsAccess to basic tools and equipment required for onsite tasksValid driver's license where required for the assignmentWork AuthorizationCandidates must already have the legal right to work in Australia for the applicable contract assignment.
