Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll lead a small team of AP Officers and stay hands-on with the day-to-day.What you'll doLead, allocate work to and review the performance of AP OfficersMatch invoices to site instructions and orders,



check them in Lentune and send them to Jobpac for approvalChase sign-offs so payment terms are metReview subcontractor and consultant claims before paymentPrepare EFT batches for weekly and monthly payment runsVerify new bank details by phoneBe the go-to for creditor queries and resolve issues quicklyReconcile creditor statements at month end and follow up discrepanciesKeep ABN, GST and insurance details compliantPrepare final release letters for subcontractorsSet up new creditors in JobpacEscalate issues to the Financial Controller where neededAbout you5+ years in accounts payableProven experience managing a teamConstruction industry experience (highly regarded)Jobpac and Lentune experience (highly regarded)Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and TeamsStrong communicator who works well across departmentsSelf-motivated, organised and good at prioritisingA hands-on leader who builds a great team cultureJoin a growth-focused, values-driven business where your expertise makes a real impact.
