$***** per hour + Afternoon Shift LoadingAbout the roleMesh & Bar is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our operations in Salisbury South on Afternoon Shift.
This is a full time position that plays a crucial role in our manufacturing, transport and logistics operations.
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily team activities, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality across all operations.
This role is integral to the success of our business and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our team's performance and workplace culture.Key responsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of your team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standardHands on role, running machinery and loading while leading the afternoon shift teamMonitor productivity levels and work towards achieving or exceeding established targets and deadlinesMaintain a strong focus on health, safety and compliance, ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and relevant regulationsProvide coaching, guidance and support to team members to help develop their skills and capabilitiesIdentify training needs and coordinate development opportunities for your teamMaintain accurate records and reports relating to team performance, attendance and safety incidentsWhat we're looking forProven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within manufacturing, logistics or a related operational environmentStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse teamExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
