The course has the benefits of public access and an active Club on site, Gordon Golf Club.About the roleThe Gordon Pro Shop is looking for a motivated Casual Customer Service Assistant to join our team.Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Providing high quality service to members and guestsManaging tee times and ensuring smooth order of playAnswering phone enquiries and booking tee times via the computer booking systemOperating a Point of Sale (POS)



systemCash handling and daily sales reconciliationProduct sales and merchandise displayInventory control and receiving deliveriesOrganising golf cart and hire equipment bookingsAssisting with club competitions and social golfMaintaining a clean and protected pro shop environmentWe are ideally seeking individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a passion for delivering great customer service.
