The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands‐on experience in a commercial kitchen and be confident in preparing both café-style classics and globally inspired meals.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a diverse range of meals in line with our menu offeringsSpecialise in Mexican and Italian cuisine, chicken dishes, healthy wraps, and egg‐based breakfast itemsPrepare popular café meals such as fish and chips, a variety of burgers, big breakfasts, eggs benedict, pulled beef brisket, and a range of fresh saladsPrepare and present a selection of sweets including cakes,



slices, pies, and pastiesMaintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygieneCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and effective serviceAssist with inventory control and stock orderingFollow all food safety and sanitation regulationsRequirements:2–3 years of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchenStrong skills in preparing Mexican and Italian dishes, wraps, burgers, chicken meals, and breakfast itemsExperience working with a wide menu that includes hot and cold beverages, salads, and café-style dessertsExcellent knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operationsAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast‐paced environmentA passion for food, creativity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality mealsIf you're adaptable, creative, and organised – and enjoy working in a fun and supportive environment – we'd love to hear from you!
