Commercial Legal Assistant to Partners
We are seeking motivated and detail‐oriented Paralegals to join our candidate network for upcoming temporary and contract opportunities with leading law firms and in‐house legal teams across Sydney.
This role offers the chance to engage in a variety of legal tasks, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of legal operations.
Key responsibilities
Assist lawyers with the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
Conduct legal research and summarise findings
Draft basic documents, letters, and court forms under supervision
Review and organise evidence, briefs, and disclosure materials
Open, maintain, and close files in accordance with firm procedures
