Splash-A-Bout Swim School – Middlemount QLDWe're looking for a confident, safety-focused Team Leader to join our team at Middlemount Aquatic Centre on a casual or part time basis.
As the senior operational lifeguard on shift, you'll lead the team, keep patrons protected, coordinate emergency responses and make sure the centre runs smoothly and complies with GSPO supervision requirements.
You'll be the Facility Manager's right hand and the person in charge when they're not rostered on.Key responsibilitiesLead active supervision of all pool areas in line with approved supervision plans and GSPO requirementsCoordinate lifeguard rotations, breaks and zone allocationsRun shift briefings and toolbox talksRespond to and coordinate rescues, first aid and emergency incidents, including liaising with QAS and QPSConduct pre-start and operational safety inspections and keep rescue and first aid equipment readyComplete incident, hazard and operational records accurately and on timeDeliver friendly,
