The Y Ballarat is seeking an Enrolments Officer / Administration Assistant to support both our Swim School and Early Learning Centre during a parental leave cover.
You will manage enrolments, waitlists and family enquiries, help families with enrolment paperwork and bookings, and keep enrolment records up to date.Based at Brown Hill, this 38-hour-per-week role requires strong organisation, transparent communication and attention to detail.
