long-term career opportunities within a growing and well-established businessFriendly team culture with genuine support and career developmentWork with industry-leading products and customers across the agricultural sectorAbout the RoleThis is a diverse and hands-on position that combines customer service, technical parts sales and warehouse operations.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting customers by identifying and supplying the correct parts and solutions for their needsPromoting and recommending products to both existing and new customersInterpreting parts requirements using catalogues, databases and supplier resourcesBuilding strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-upMaintaining an organised, professional and visually appealing showroomPicking, packing and dispatching customer ordersAssisting with machine assembly, preparation and deliveries when requiredSupporting the day-to-day operations of a busy and successful branchAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is reliable, eager to learn and enjoys working as part of a team.Ideally, you will have:Strong organisational skills and attention to detailA proactive attitude and willingness to learnThe ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesGood communication and customer service skillsAn interest in agriculture, machinery, mechanical products or parts salesA current driver's licenceA forklift licence (preferred, but not essential)What Success Looks LikeYou'll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, learning about machinery and products, and being part of a team that takes pride in delivering excellent service.
