This is a hands-on leadership role that combines cleaning responsibilities with team supervision and operational coordination.
You will play a key role in ensuring cleaning standards are maintained while supporting and leading a large site-based cleaning team.PayAs per the Cleaning Services Award rate, plus applicable allowances.RosterMonday: 6:30 AM - 3:06 PMThursday: 1:30 PM - 9:06 PMFriday: 9:00 AM - 5:36 PMSaturday: 9:00 AM - 5:06 PMSunday: 9:00 AM - 4:36 PMKey ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise,



and support the cleaning teamAllocate staff and daily cleaning tasksMonitor cleaning standards and productivityAssist with rostering and staff coverageSupervise and support up to 34 cleaners across the site, depending on operational requirements and shift allocationLiaise with clients regarding operational requirementsRespond to issues and changing site requirementsComplete administrative tasks and manage emailsMaintain stock control, ordering, and stocktakesCoordinate deliveries and site requirementsUndertake hands-on cleaning duties as requiredEnsure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standardWhat We're Looking ForPrevious cleaning and team leadership experienceStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to lead by example and work hands-on with the teamConfidence in supervising a large workforce and managing day-to-day operationsApplicants must have valid Australian working rights.Why Join Us?
