We're seeking a capable and innovative Contract Administrator to join our high performing team.
You'll play a key role in delivering fit-for-purpose critical infrastructure, supporting resilient communities and thriving industries.
What you'll be doing:
Administer contracts, subcontracts and supplier agreements in accordance with project and contractual requirements.Identify contract risks early and recommend ways to manage themAct as the first contact for contract enquiries from project teams and external partiesAdvise project teams and managers on contractual mattersSupport project forecasting, cost control, reporting and commercial performance activities.
What you'll bring:
2-5 years of experience in contract administrationCivil Construction ExperienceBachelor's degree in business administration, Law,



Construction Management or a related fieldStrong time management, prioritisation and communication skillsExperience working with subcontractors and project delivery teamsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and a willingness to develop scheduling software skills.Experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
