Crafted Coffee Co is seeking a Barista/Cafe All Rounder to join our team in Robina, QLD.
This is a full time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the high standards our cafe is known for.
As a Barista/Cafe All Rounder, you will be the face of our business, combining your passion for quality coffee with your ability to work in all aspects of cafe operations.
This role is essential to creating the welcoming atmosphere and delivering the outstanding service that keeps our customers returning.Key responsibilitiesPreparing and serving high-quality coffee to consistent standardsTaking customer orders accurately and efficientlyOperating and cleaning coffee machines and other cafe equipmentMaintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the cafe,Processing payments and handling cash transactions accuratelyProviding friendly, attentive customer service and responding to special requests or dietary requirementsCommunicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAssisting with general cafe duties including opening and closing proceduresWhat we're looking forAt least 2 years previous experience as a barista in a cafe/hospitality environmentStrong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and the ability to produce a high volume of quality coffee consistencyProficiency in operating espresso machines and other cafe equipmentExcellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating positive customer interactionsAbility to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and hygieneReliable, punctual and flexible with availability, including 1 weekend day every week and public holiday workGood communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleaguesBasic food handling knowledge and food safety awarenessWillingness to learn and develop skills in all aspects of cafe operationsA friendly, positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitalityWhat we offerAt Crafted Coffee Co, we value our team members and are committed to creating a positive workplace.
