ACPL Rollers and Parts Pty Ltd is seeking a Factory Hand/ Machine Operator to assist with polyurethane parts & roller manufacturing based in Bayswater, Victoria.The role is primarily to work in production, including mixing products, operating machinery, machiningrollers operating lathes and grinders, assisting with the packing and light cleaning.Key responsibilitiesWork in production including mixing productsOperate machineryMachiningrollers, operating lathes and grindersAssist with packingPerform light cleaningBe available for a spread of hours between 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (actual shifts are approximately 8 hours)Maintain personal hygiene when working around chemicalsAbout youPhysically fit to perform all duties including standing for long periods of time and performing repetitive tasksAccuracy with attention to detailPunctuality and reliable attendanceGood level of communication skillsGood mechanical knowledge will be an advantageAbility to operate a manual latheBasic computer skillsParts assembly experience will be looked on favourablyBe able to work independently and as part of a team
