Salary - $72,000 to $75,000 plus Superannuation

Metrostate Security Courier Pty Ltd is seeking reliable, responsible and motivated Delivery Drivers to join its team in Yass, NSW. The Position is based in Yass and servicing areas between YASS to DUBBO.

The successful applicants will assist with the timely and safe transportation and delivery of goods to designated locations while maintaining high standards of customer service, road safety and operational efficiency.

Minimum requirement

- A Valid Driver’s Licence (Manual and/or Automatic)
- Experience of 1 year as a delivery driver or in a similar role

Roles and Responsibilities

- Collect, load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
- Transport and deliver goods to designated locations within scheduled timeframes.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips and report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, manifests and proof-of-delivery documentation.




- Ensure goods are handled securely and remain in good condition during transportation.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch personnel and management.
- Comply with road traffic laws, workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure the vehicle is suitable for daily operations.
- Report delays, delivery discrepancies, incidents or other operational issues promptly.

Skills & Qualities Required:

- Good knowledge of road safety practices and local delivery routes.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work independently and follow delivery schedules and instructions.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- A responsible attitude towards vehicle operation, goods handling and workplace safety.
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
