As a Construction Cadet, you may gain experience across:

- Contract Administration and Procurement

You will have the opportunity to contribute to activities such as:

- Assisting with trade procurement, quantity take-offs and obtaining subcontractor quotations.
- Supporting project administration, payment claims,



variations and invoice processing.
- Maintaining project records, registers and document control systems.
- Assisting with site coordination, deliveries, logistics and day-to-day construction activities.
- Participating in safety initiatives, quality inspections and project compliance processes.
- Attending site meetings and working closely with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
