Salary - $79500 - $82000 + Super

Minimum requirement

- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma with 1-2 years experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Coordinate staff schedules, training programs, and task assignments to optimise store efficiency.
- Maintain store appearance by ensuring shelves are well-stocked, organised, and clean, reflecting the store's cultural atmosphere.
- Lead team performance reviews, provide coaching, and support staff development to maintain a high‑performing workforce.
- Track inventory levels and place orders for stock, products, to meet customer demand.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage deliveries, ensuring timely restocking of popular items and high-quality products.




- Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience for the community.
- Develop and execute in‑store promotional campaigns to increase foot traffic and boost sales
- Assist with financial tasks such as daily sales tracking, basic bookkeeping, and inventory audits.
- Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a clean, secure environment for both staff and customers, in line with store policies.

Skills & Qualities Required:

- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and POS operations
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Flexible and hands-on attitude
