Lead the delivery of high-impact learning programs supporting graduate and early-career workforce capability. We are seeking an experienced L&D; qualified to coordinate and continuously improve a suite of structured learning programs within a large Commonwealth environment.

You'll be responsible for:

- Coordinating end-to-end learning program delivery
- Training, coaching, events and experiential learning initiatives
- Learning design and resource improvement
- Stakeholder and learning provider management
- Program evaluation, reporting and recommendations
- Managing logistics, schedules and multiple program intakes
- Driving continuous improvement across the learner experience





You'll bring:

- Strong L&D; / workforce capability experience
- Adult learning and training delivery knowledge
- Excellent program coordination skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Excellent written communication
- Experience operating within a complex, governed environment
