Your new role

Reporting to the Query Team Leader, you'll support the Accounts Payable Query Team, with a dedicated focus on responding to and resolving payment-related enquiries by phone and email. You'll liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to investigate payment queries, clarify invoice and remittance details, follow up on missing information, and provide clear and timely updates through to resolution. You'll accurately record query details, escalate more complex matters where required, and help ensure payment enquiries are managed efficiently and professionally.

What you'll need to succeed

As the preferred candidate, you'll have previous experience in Accounts Payable,



finance administration or a high-volume customer service environment. You'll be confident managing payment-related enquiries over the phone and by email, investigating discrepancies and communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You'll also possess strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of queries in a busy environment. Solid Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems are essential. Previous experience using SAP Business One will be highly regarded.
