SkyCity Adelaide is looking for a Marketing Executive – Direct to join the Marketing team in a full-time permanent position.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will deliver email, SMS and direct mail campaigns across SkyCity Adelaide’s gaming, hospitality, entertainment and loyalty programs. Working with our campaign executives, designers, business stakeholders and external partners, you will build and execute EDM, SMS and direct mail campaigns through platforms including Zeta, SevenRooms and Amadeus, while supporting customer journeys, loyalty communications and targeted marketing initiatives. You will also support customer journeys and use campaign results to improve communications and contribute to visitation and revenue outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to combine creativity, customer engagement and data-driven insights to drive visitation, loyalty and revenue outcomes.

About you

You are an organised and proactive marketing professional with 2–3 years’ relevant experience in direct marketing, CRM or email marketing, and a passion for customer engagement. You have hands-on experience with CRM platforms, EDM and SMS campaign development, and an understanding of loyalty marketing and campaign optimisation. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, you bring strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.



Experience with Zeta Global or a similar platform will be highly regarded, along with a passion for hospitality, entertainment or gaming. Above all, you take pride in delivering high-quality customer communications and collaborating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
