The Therapeutic Specialist role at CASPA Services Ltd coordinates Intensive Therapeutic Care programs, focusing on children and young people. You will oversee intake, assessments, and development of clinical formulations and treatment plans, delivering therapy as needed.

Hybrid work is available with two days at home per week; travel may be required. A solid background in psychology or social work and registration with AHPRA/APS/ACA/PACFA/ASWA is essential.
