We’re looking for a Casual Sales Consultant who loves people, enjoys a good conversation and has a natural ability to turn “just looking” into “that’s the one”.

As a casual team member, your hours will vary based on the needs of the store, so we’re looking for someone with flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends.

/n

/n

If you enjoy getting to know customers, helping them find something they’ll love living with and working towards a outstanding result, you’ll feel right at home here.

What you’ll be doing/n

Help customers find “the one”

/n

/n

- Welcome customers and get to know what they’re looking for

/n

- Ask the right questions and recommend furniture and styling solutions that suit their home, lifestyle and budget

/n

- Share helpful, accurate advice about our products, pricing, availability and delivery

/n

- Follow up quotes and enquiries and help customers feel confident in their choice

/n

- Look after customer enquiries with care and a practical, can-do approach

/n

/n

Turn great conversations into great results

/n

/n

- Work towards your individual sales, conversion and productivity targets

/n

- Confidently close sales and introduce customers to relevant add-ons, packages and finance options

/n

- Follow up leads and quotes to make the most of every opportunity

/n

- Celebrate the wins while always keeping the customer experience front and centre

/n

/n

Keep things running smoothly

/n

/n

- Process orders,



payments and finance applications accurately

/n

- Keep customer information and records up to date

/n

- Help maintain stock accuracy and support the day-to-day running of the store

/n

- Pitch in with merchandising, displays and store updates so the showroom always looks its best

/n

/n

Be part of the team

/n

- Work together to achieve store goals and deliver a great customer experience

- Bring positive energy and a willingness to lend a hand

- Keep building your product knowledge and sales skills so you can give customers your best

What you’ll bring/n

You don’t need to know everything about furniture on day one. We’ll help with that.

- genuinely enjoy talking to people and helping them

- have sales experience or transferable skills, with retail experience a bonus

/n

- are confident communicating and building relationships

/n

- enjoy working towards targets and seeing the results

/n

- have a good eye for detail and can stay organised

- are comfortable in a busy retail environment

/n

- enjoy being part of a team and pitching in when needed.
