What We Offer

- Competitive Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 AUD per annum (plus superannuation), commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Testing & Diagnostics: Conduct rigorous testing, fault-finding, and complex repairs on incoming residential and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration units at our Melbourne warehouse.
- Refurbishment & Commissioning: Overhaul, service,



and test a wide range of whitegoods and cooling systems to ensure they meet strict quality and safety standards before dispatch.
- Compliance & Safety: Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering specifications while maintaining a clean, hazard-free workshop environment aligned with OH&S; standards.
- Inventory & Documentation: Assist with assessing incoming stock, ordering necessary components, and accurately logging repair details via our digital inventory system.

What We Are Looking For

- Qualifications: Relevant Trade Certificate (Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) or an equivalent international qualification recognized for ANZCO 342111.
- Licensing: Valid Australian Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARC Tick) or the immediate eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience: Proven track record in diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing domestic whitegoods, air conditioning units, or commercial refrigeration.
- Attributes: Exceptional technical problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
- Location & Rights: Applicants currently in Melbourne or looking to relocate are preferred. Open to both local Australian residents and overseas applicants requiring sponsorship.
