An established commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-profile $70m mixed-use development in Hawthorn.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a substantial project incorporating residential and commercial components, working alongside an experienced Project Manager and well-resourced delivery team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale, multi-level construction projects, with the ability to coordinate trades, manage complex site logistics and drive a project through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel across multiple work fronts.
- Oversee structural works, services coordination, façade installation and internal finishes.
- Manage construction programs, site logistics and sequencing to achieve key project milestones.
- Maintain high standards of OH&S;, quality assurance and subcontractor performance.
- Work closely with the Project Manager,



consultants and subcontractors to resolve site challenges and maintain progress.

About You:

- Minimum 7–10 years' experience in commercial construction, including significant experience as a Site Manager.
- Proven experience delivering multi-level residential, commercial or mixed-use developments valued at $40m+.
- Strong technical knowledge of concrete structures, building services and high-quality finishes.
- Excellent subcontractor management, programming and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage complex construction projects in built-up metropolitan environments.
- Relevant building qualifications and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
