Are you a hands-on retail leader who loves developing people, driving sales and creating an exceptional customer experience?
We’re partnering with a well-established premium retail business to find an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its Sydney locations.

This is an prospect for a commercially minded leader who enjoys being on the floor, coaching their team and creating an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the store, with a strong focus on people, culture and sales.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching and developing a team across full-time and casual team members.
- Creating a positive, supportive and accountable team culture.
- Driving sales performance and working towards store budgets and KPIs.
- Leading by example on the shop floor and delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Building team capability through ongoing feedback, training and development.
- Managing rostering, daily operations and store presentation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance, engagement and the customer experience.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is confident leading from the front and knows how to bring a team together.
You’ll ideally have:





- Previous Store Manager experience within retail.
- Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a diverse team.
- A proven ability to drive sales, achieve budgets and deliver results.
- A hands-on approach and confidence working alongside your team on the shop floor.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine passion for customer experience and building a positive store environment.

Experience within bicycle, outdoor, sporting or technical retail would be highly regarded, but is not essential. We’re particularly interested in strong retail leaders with the right attitude and ability to develop product knowledge.
