The Ideal Person
You’re an experienced HR systems or HR operations professional who knows SAP HR well and understands how it underpins good HR and payroll services.
You’re comfortable being the person others turn to for answers, and you enjoy turning business needs into practical, workable outcomes while keeping a few balls in the air at once.
You will bring the following skills and experience:
- Solid hands-on experience with SAP HR, including providing subject matter expertise and technical support
- Experience coordinating system changes, testing and implementation activities
- A good understanding of HR and payroll operations and the governance setting they sit in
