2. Highly developed communication, consultation and negotiation skills, including technical reports and presentations that influence program outcomes
3. Experience leading and managing people to get the best out of a team
4. A proven ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including Councillors, with sound political judgement

6. Resilience, flexibility and adaptability in complex, changing and resource-constrained environments, backed by excellent written and verbal communication
7. A current C class driver licence and the ability to pass a criminal history check. A nationally recognised project management qualification or a civil engineering degree is highly regarded.

What's on offer: up to $60.04 per hour + super, a contract through to May 2027 with extension likely, and the chance to drive a key civil and traffic capital program for a great South East Queensland council.
