Job Description

- Partnering with school and corporate leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice
- Supporting the implementation of people policies, frameworks, and organisational initiatives
- Coaching leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and people leadership
- Driving organisational change and cultural development initiatives
- Analysing workforce data and trends to provide proactive insights and recommendations
- Collaborating with specialist HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted business partner
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policies, and governance requirements

The Successful Applicant

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline




- Demonstrated experience in a Business Partnering or Senior HR Advisory position
- Strong employee relations and stakeholder management capability
- Experience influencing and coaching leaders across complex environments
- The ability to navigate change and support organisational transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Full Australian work rights.
- Valid Working with Children's Check (WCC).
