Your new role

You'll take ownership of a couple of static sites, acting as the dedicated HVAC technician responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance, fault-finding and client liaison. This is a predominantly site-based position offering stability, autonomy and minimal travel. Your general responsibilities include:

- Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across a small portfolio of commercial HVAC assets.
- Diagnose faults and perform breakdown repairs to minimise downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections, servicing and minor remedial work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with site stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades when required.
- Manage site priorities and ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation.




- Take ownership of your sites and act as the trusted go-to technician for all HVAC-related matters.

What you'll need to succeed

- Cert III in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning
- Current NSW driver's licence
- Valid Arctick Licence
- White card
- Experience in commercial service and maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service ability
- Previous experience in a senior role
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
