Join a leading Brisbane Developer Builder, as Experienced Structures Foreman helping to deliver a landmark 19-storey residential project.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will take ownership of the structural delivery phase while assisting in the overall coordination of site operations.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing day-to-day site activities during the structure phase
- Coordinating concrete, formwork, reinforcement and post-tensioning trades
- Driving programme outcomes and ensuring milestone dates are achieved
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivity
- Leading and mentoring subcontractors and site personnel
- Conducting pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections
- Managing works in accordance with project documentation and ITPs
- Assisting with site logistics, crane coordination and material management
- Working closely with Project Engineers and Contract Administrators to resolve site issues

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will ideally possess:

- 5+ years' experience as a Structures Foreman, Foreman or General Foreman on commercial or residential projects
- Proven experience delivering multi-storey concrete structures
- Solid understanding of formwork, reinforcement and concrete methodologies




- Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and maintain programme targets
- Sound knowledge of Queensland construction and WHS requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Trade qualification or construction-related qualification highly regarded
