Your new role

As Management Accountant, you'll take ownership of a broad range of finance activities while providing meaningful reporting, analysis and support to the wider organisation. The position combines management accounting with hands-on operational finance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants exposure across the full finance function.

Your role will include:

- Management reporting, analysis and financial insights
- Budgeting, forecasting and planning
- Month-end and broader financial reporting
- Payroll, statutory reporting and finance compliance
- Cash flow, banking, fixed assets and capital expenditure reporting
- Partnering with budget holders and stakeholders across the organisation
- Supporting audit, finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be a proactive and capable finance professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and building strong relationships across an organisation.

- Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
- Experience in management accounting, financial reporting or a similar role
- Strong Excel and financial systems capability
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved across the finance function
