About the Opportunity
A well-established Australian consumer products business is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead their end-to-end supply chain operations across domestic and international markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a highly visible leadership position suited to a hands-on operator who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end supply chain activities including planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics and customer service.
- Manage international sea and air freight operations across multiple global markets.
- Oversee demand forecasting, supply planning and inventory optimisation to improve service levels and working capital outcomes.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, freight partners and third-party manufacturers.
- Drive DIFOT performance, process improvements and supply chain efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Australia, North America, the UK and Europe.
- Lead and mentor a small team including procurement and logistics professionals

About You

- Proven success in a Supply Chain Manager or similar senior supply chain leadership role.




- Strong experience managing international supply chains involving sea and air freight.
- Background working with 3PL providers and outsourced manufacturing partners.
- Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management and procurement.
- Experience within FMCG, pharmaceutical, consumer goods or similarly time-sensitive environments.
- Robust ERP systems experience, ideally SAP, Pronto or similar platforms.
- Commercially minded with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
