An excellent opportunity has arisen in KPMG’s Office of General Counsel (OGC) for a generalist in house lawyer. The OGC deals with a wide variety of corporate and commercial arrangements and agreements, along with regulatory and disputes management. Your Opportunity

Forming part of the Office of General Counsel team this role will play a key role in a wide variety of corporate and commercial arrangements and agreements by

- Drafting and negotiating general contracts and commercial agreements
- Reviewing current products and service offerings
- Providing legal advice in relation to engagement documents and client service offerings
- Liaising closely with the business and external counsel
