About You

- Experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer, or an experienced Project Manager able to work independently.
- A background in civil works, demolition, remediation, asbestos or hazardous materials, or subdivision work.
- Confident, professional and credible in front of clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially aware, with the confidence to negotiate pricing.
- Street smart, reliable and able to carry yourself well on site and in the boardroom.
- Contract and commercial experience is not essential, as full mentoring is provided.
- Available to start promptly.

About the Role

- Support the delivery of civil remediation, hazardous material removal and pre-demolition strip-out projects.
- Work on contaminated land projects, including soil loadout and removal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Contribute to tendering, pricing and price negotiations.
- Manage programme, cost, safety and quality on your projects.
- Learn contract administration and commercial management with direct guidance from the business owner.
- Take on greater project ownership as you grow towards a Project Manager role.
