KMH Workforce are on the lookout for reliable, hands-on people to join our client South of the river in WA, with two exciting opportunities available!

LABOURER
Love being hands-on and getting stuck into a variety of tasks? We're looking for switched-on labourers who aren't afraid of hard work and take pride in a job well done.

The role is an all-rounder sort of role. Working within a team to build and construct modular units.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- General site cleanup.
- Working alongside the gantry crane operator.
- Power tool usage.
- Assisting with building maintenance and repairs.
- Restocking material on the production line.
- Following directions on a day-to-day basis from your direct supervisor and also other supervisors.
- Adhering to OHS procedures and more.

HANDYMAN
A bit of a fixer-upper? Love solving problems and tackling those odd jobs? We're after a practical, resourceful all-rounder who can turn their hand to general maintenance and handyman duties.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- General maintenance, repairs, and rectification work on modular buildings.




- Removing and replacing damaged internal and external wall and ceiling sheets.
- Gyprock/plasterboard repairs, patching, topping, and preparation for painting.
- Minor carpentry and general building repairs.
- Repairing or adjusting doors, trims, skirting, fixtures, fittings, and other building components.
- Completing minor finishing works to ensure buildings meet required quality standards.
- Identifying damaged or defective components and reporting issues requiring further trade involvement.
- Packing, securing and strapping furniture, equipment, and loose items inside modular buildings in preparation for transport.
- Using hand tools, battery-operated tools, and other equipment safely and correctly.

REQUIREMENTS

- Current Driver’s License
- Full Australian work rights
- Forklift License (required for construction labourer role)
- White Card
- Carpentry experience preferred
